Technical Contributions and Transformation: Technology as Product Power
We firmly believe that energy conservation should not remain merely a concept—it must evolve into a replicable, scalable, and practical engineering system.
As the company’s founder and chief engineer, Mr. Xu Liu has, over the course of nearly two decades of technical practice, proposed and implemented a series of breakthrough solutions focused on key challenges such as waste heat recovery in coal mines, system control, and thermal integration. Beginning with the invention of several core patents to outline key technical concepts, Mr. Liu subsequently developed and registered twelve software copyrights to realize automated control and system integration based on real-world operational needs. This journey clearly illustrates the technological evolution from theoretical innovation to practical engineering application.
Through the implementation of these technologies, Aikte has established a comprehensive energy utilization model that prioritizes waste heat and free energy, supplements with high-efficiency energy, and reserves conventional energy as backup. This system has significantly enhanced heat recovery efficiency and generated substantial economic and environmental value for both enterprises and society.
The diagram below illustrates the progression from early patents to advanced technical systems, representing a clear roadmap of Aikte’s core technological development.
These technologies have been widely deployed across multiple subsystems—including compressor heat recovery, heat pump control, underground thermal hazard mitigation, automatic temperature regulation, water system freeze protection, remote diagnostics, and mobile control platforms. Collectively, they form the “technical core” of our project delivery system, greatly improving operational efficiency and energy-saving performance while establishing robust technological barriers for the company.
More importantly, this complete technology framework is not limited to the coal industry—it is fully adaptable for application in sectors such as chemicals, power generation, metallurgy, and other industrial systems, offering strong potential for market expansion.
We firmly believe that truly valuable technologies should not remain on certificates—they must demonstrate real-world performance, delivering measurable energy savings and operational improvements for our clients.
Looking ahead, we will continue to refine and advance our work, ensuring that each innovation is field-tested, results-driven, and capable of setting industry standards.
